For orders below €50 or for express delivery, we are pleased to offer you the following options dependent on your location:

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Delivery the following working day. Your order must be placed before 5pm on the previous working day.
For orders over €50                                               €5.00
For all other orders                                              €11.00

 

Delivery to the UK

Please note that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises.

All parcels are sent via our selected providers according to the destination: La Poste Colissimo – DPD – Chronopost – DHL – TNT or FedEx.

In line with our pricing policy, all prices include VAT (where applicable). Prices may therefore be displayed at a higher or lower price than previously stated. UK VAT will be removed and your local taxes, duties and charges will be added.

Delivery times are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

In the event of adverse weather conditions there may be some delays to the delivery of your order.

Delivery tracking

Delivery tracking is available for all orders of our products.

To track your delivery, enter the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email into our delivery service provider's website here.

Receipt and signature

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver the products in your order.

As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
